La Togata Winery's vault stores about 10.000 bottles in three rooms accessed through a security door, built by Sella founders in Biella. It’s weight exceeds a ton with its six bolts and a double electronic combination. Bottles of all Vintages since 1990 and large collection of large formats waxed in red are stored. At the entrance to the vault is an 18th-century stone stoup in which rests the first bottle produced from 1990.
